INTRODUCTION:
The following terminology applies to these Terms: "Client", "User", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Supplier", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to DALMATIA TRIPS, trade for travel agency, transport and services.
The terms "Experience", "Product", "Service" or "Tour" refers to travel related services, that are available to purchase through this website.
Cooperating partners are referred to as „Partner Supplier“.
PRICES
All prices on the website are listed in euros and include VAT and all other taxes. Prices may not include gratuities, parking and ticket fees, baggage and personal insurance, any items of a personal nature and any beverages or food not expressly stated by the Supplier and/or Partner Supplier to be included.
PURCHASE
The booking platform offers a selection of different services. This includes Experiences that can be selected, booked and purchased immediately ("Instant Booking") and Experiences where the Client first sends a booking request ("Inquiry" or "Booking Request") to check availability or not. If the selected Service is available on the selected date, the Customer will receive an e-mail confirming the reservation for the selected service. Customized services can also be requested.
To purchase an Experience on the Website, you must (a) be at least 18 years of age and (b) be responsible for providing accurate, timely and complete information in connection with your booking. DALMATIA TRIPS, trade for travel agency, transport and services is not responsible for any claims related to any inaccurate, untimely or incomplete information provided to us by you. Furthermore, we do not knowingly collect information about persons who are minors without the consent of their legal guardian.
By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions and any other rules or policies related to the product. In all booking arrangements, the User making the Booking will be deemed to have accepted these terms on behalf of all persons attending the Experience.
PAYMENT
The website offers payment by credit or debit card. Payment by credit or debit card is made through a high-security online payment gateway provided by Monri WSPay. Therefore, we do not have access to your credit card information. More on confidentiality and security of your data while conducting payment with Monri WSPAy you can read furher in the text.
The cost of your purchase may be subject to taxes, foreign transaction fees, exchange fees or other fees applicable in your country of residence. Your bank or card company may convert the payment into local currency (your country of residence) and may charge fees, resulting in differences between the amount shown on the list and the final amount charged to you. contact your bank or card company if you have any questions regarding any applicable currency conversion or fees.
After your payment has been registered, you will receive a confirmation of the reservation to the e-mail address you provided during the reservation.
Monri WSPay
DALMATIA TRIPS, trade for travel agency, transport and services (owner: Nikola Tešija), uses Monri WSPay for online payments.
Monri WSPay is a secure system for online payments, real-time payments, credit and debit cards and other payment methods. Monri WSPay provides customers and merchants with secure entry and transfer of entered card data, which is confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate that Monri WSPay has. Monri WSPay uses an SSL certificate of 256-bit encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest level of protection when registering and transferring data.
Monri WSPay, as an executor of credit card authorization and billing, handles personal data in its capacity as a processor and handles personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council No. 2016/679 and according to the strict rules of the PCI DSS L1 regulation on data protection and data transmission.
Monri WSPay uses an SSL certificate of 256-bit encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest level of protection when registering and transferring data.
Personal data used for the purpose of authorization and billing, i.e. in the performance of obligations from the Agreement or based on the Agreement, are considered confidential data.
Monri WSPay does not process or use this personal data except for the purposes of executing the authorization contract and billing.
Monri WSPay guarantees the fulfillment of all conditions specified by the current regulations on the protection of personal data for the executors of personal data processing, and in particular the taking of all necessary technical, organizational and security measures, and this is especially confirmed by the PCI DSS L1 certificate.
CHANGE REQUEST, CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Once a Product has been purchased, you cannot change your booking or cancel it with a refund, unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions applicable to such product.
All issues related to cancellations and changes to the Reservation are decided and/or determined by DALMATIA TRIPS, trade for travel agency, transportation and services.
The standard cancellation policy allows you to request a change and/or cancel your purchase up to 24 hours before the start time of the Experience. The time is calculated according to the time in Split, Croatia (Central European Time Zone; UTC+1).
There are no refunds once the Experience has started or in respect of any product package, accommodation, meals or any other services that have been used.
COMPLAINTS
The Client can submit a written complaint via mail or email (info@dalmatiatrips.com). DALMATIA TRIPS, trade for travel agency, transport and services, must immediately confirm the receipt of the complaint and respond to it within 15 days from the day the complaint was received.
In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the Service, of which DALMATIA TRIPS is the organizer, the Client may initiate a complaint procedure prescribed by these general terms to address the observed irregularities. Immediately upon noticing a failure at the actual service provision location, the Client is required to file a complaint about the inadequate service to the person providing the Service in the presence of a DALMATIA TRIPS representative. If the Client does not accept the proposed solution to the complaint on the spot, the Client may, no later than 7 days after returning from the trip, submit a complaint via mail or email: info@dalmatiatrips.com. The Client is obligated to explain and present the grounds of the complaint. DALMATIA TRIPS will only address fully documented complaints received within the aforementioned period of 7 days and will make a decision on the client's complaint within 15 days of receiving it. A proportional reduction in price per complaint may reach the amount of the unused part of the Services, and compensation for damage caused by non-fulfillment, partial fulfillment, or improper fulfillment of obligations is limited to the amount of the Service price.
